Incoterms – International Commercial Terms

Incoterms are an internationally recognised set of rules used in international and domestic contracts for the sale of goods.

These International Commercial Terms clearly define the tasks, costs and risks involved in the delivery of goods from sellers to buyers. By including them in international contracts importers and exporters can avoid costly misunderstandings by ensuring each party’s responsibilities at each stage of the delivery is understood.
